Inoue Arata approaches his 2nd year of Success Society school. He is convinced of having a laid back year with no worries until his best friend Miyo devised a plan to get back at the over achieving student council president. Suddenly the new year spirals out of control and Arata is forced from a delinquent lifestyle to the class genius.
