"There is no waste, little wolf. Winter will soon be upon us." In the wilds of the North, a young she-wolf is caught between a bittersweet past and a future rife with unwanted change. She leaves her traditional pack behind to find her own way, with the company of a sweet raccoon, an out-of-place fennec fox, and the threat of the worst winter of their lives.
