Since the Prom Massacre, twin brothers Cody and Owen Hunter never lived a normal life again. Owen, haunted by the memories of his girlfriend being slaughtered in front of him, driving him to run away, and Cody quickly growing to fame with his alternative rock band, weighed down by the guilt of his long-lost brother, the fear of the new killer on the loose, and the withering of his own feeling of self-worth.
