Emperor of the Skailers "El Ketsu" was killed by The Abolishment Government becuase he achieved the SILENTO and drove Skailers to wanting to achieve the SILENTO too , before his death the Government killed every El Ketsu family member because they naturally got to know how to achieve the SILENTO , the government are after the skailers because they fear them having more power and live freely and away from the rules that the government make , however one Skailer from El Ketsu family survived who will eventually know how to the achieve the SILENTO , the government send their strongest man to chase after him with his silento powers , will the remaining family member achieve the SILENTO? (Skailers are people who use blimps to travel around the sky world trying to achieve SILENTO or gain power)
