During the gestion of the twins, ichiro and Hisao, Ichiro suffocates his brother to death, creating a spiritual connection between them. This bond allowed the dead brother to remain in the human world being a "ghost "that only his brother is able to see, talk and even touch. They grow together, literally inseparable, they just have themselves.
