Robin is, in fact, a human - not a bird. But Edgar? Definitely a bird, despite the fact that he can talk fluently...and a tad bluntly for Robin's taste. After becoming unlikely neighbors, the two help each other overcome the problems inherent to avian and human lives, such as cats and existential crises.
