A war is brewing between Shadow Demons & the Uciine, a race that possesses power from their Ucen gems. There was once peace between the races but some Shadow Demons became motivated by greed. A mass slaughter of the Uciine occurred where Shadow Demons killed them for their power, creating orphaned Uciine & Shadow Demon children. There were good Shadow Demons who saw the others' actions as evil & decided to protect the Uciine. Then a discovery was made: Shadow Demons can fuse with the Uciine.
