Yes, The title is an innuendo... Ren returns back to Osaka after a "horrific gang incident" occurred in Tokyo, only to be welcomed by a rough- natured childhood friend and a prefecture filled with mediocre gangs. Now, Ren has a pet peeve for gangs and..... eh, he just hates them. He will learn to live with it.... or destroy it.
