Katsumi Sicarius, a well-known assassin, kills a random citizen in a fit of rage. Hikori Mortem, a recently graduated high schooler, kills his abusive father in self-defense. Lost and confused, the two meet by chance. Katsumi takes Mortem in to clear his conscience. Mortem has to choose between trusting a stranger or giving himself up to the corrupt police force.
