When you live a lie your whole life, truths suddenly blasting your ears off may come to you as a shock. Nicholas "Nic" thinks he is a human, one of the few last remaining. But he actually is half sea monster. How does he find this out? By falling into a sea after escaping what can only be described as hell with his adoptive older sister Margo. Together they venture the ruins of a once blooming planet Earth to find answers, grow up a bit and make a few friends along the way.
