In an underwater kingdom, two silly crabs, Tic and Mike, are tasked by the king to capture a mermaid. Their reward? Anything their hearts desire. Meanwhile, in the world above the sea, a teenage girl named Arena is on a carefree beach vacation with her friends and has recently discovered something new about herself: she is a mermaid. She is also the same mermaid the crabs are after! Will Tic and Mike succeed in their quest, and will Arena’s summer vacation be a dream or a disaster?
