In the near future, paranormal monsters break out of an underground research facility. The Doctor finds herself trapped in a laboratory full of monsters located miles underground. To escape, she must confront the horrific monstrosities that now roam the facility. She runs into a mysterious special forces operator who she befriends. Engaged in a gruelling fight for survival, both of them also uncover the dark truth behind the breach.
