22 year old Satashi Oogami lived in osaka most of his life, but after the passing of his mother,he decides to move near his sister in an Island called Hurasa. Upon reaching Hurasa, Satashi gets his passion for racing reignited by the vast amount of expressway and mountain racers and so Satashi has a new goal. To become undefeatable in both expressway and touge racing.
