One day, a meteor heads for a small town in Hartford. No one knows why or how, but it gives certain people special powers called "spirit energy". Jonathan "Sticks" Stickman must team up with his best friend and a pair of robots in order to stop a menace that plans to use his newfound powers to take over the world.
