Another intense episode (given all things in the world...) I'd like to think my work can dip into grim, darker places only to raise the stakes and come back to something brighter and more triumphant (a method of storytelling that Don Bluth was fond of). I just hope I'm able to pull off that kind of story well enough! It's definitely an ongoing learning process....
