Sal is an alien living undercover on Earth after having escaped from his planet, Groop. He finally had a relaxing life until he met Bug, an annoying and naive kid that has no idea what he's getting himself into, but is still having fun regardless. While Sal attempts to get his life back together, the Groopian police are prowling around trying to find and catch him for a crime he may or may not have committed.
