Nate Blakeley is a punk from a Texas suburb with dreams of grandeur. In the fall of 2008, with his best friends at his side, he sets his sights on winning a Battle of the Bands competition. As he tries to find his place in a chaotic world, Nate must learn that not all roots can be buried.
