Ever since rio was born she was able to see the deadly invisible monsters that lurked in the shadows. Over the generations rio’s family dedicated their lives to protect the world from these monsters. However, Rio was never the same after her mother died protecting her from the awful creatures. Now that rio is 17 her only focus is to protect her younger brother from her abusive dad but everything changed once she moved to Oakwood and met Mara.
