After tragically losing his life and witnessing his lover's death to an evil wizard, Theo Clark is mysteriously resurrected as an undead creature known as a revenant. Using his newfound abilities, Theo must survive by devouring essence stones (objects that reside in all living beings and grant the gift of life). By defeating his enemies and collecting their essence stones, Theo expands his undead powers as he seeks revenge on the wizard who now threatens the world.
