Each person is assigned a Zodiac at their birth depending on their month. Once a child is 18, they are sent to the country made for the zodiac. It's a peaceful world until a war breaks out amongst each country. In the midst of it the zodiacs are summoned, after 60 million years of absence they're back to restore peace. But can they really restore peace? Will they just cause more problems? Can they overcome the grudges between each other?
