Moon is the apprentice of the (currently labeled heretic) Arch-Necromancer Alister Alvar. In hiding for nearly a decade, fate calls them back to Novaiero, home of all Necromancers, to take part in overseeing the upcoming Trials. Alister's resurfacing sets off a ripple within the stagnant world of Magic and Politics. The wheels of their destinies are spinning, but with underhanded dealings, a High Priestess who seeks revenge, and a tangled, forgotten past, its gonna be one Hell of a ride.
