A teenage boy notices strange disturbances while watching TV, including flickering lights and static. Dimensional rifts — openings to incomprehensible realms. As panic spreads, a hidden war erupts between authorities, civilians, and the anomalies. The boy is caught in the chaos, betrayed and hunted.
