Over 300 years ago, a chemical factory explosion granted people extraordinary powers, creating three groups of viraals: Spirit Bearers, Hybrids, and Natural Viraals. A government organization called Reflex Action combats the resulting threats. The story follows Viraal_Cee, who doesn't fit into any group but is driven by a strong sense of justice to protect the world.
