In a world where a corrupt government and biased society becomes the new norm, a mass murderer, yuka park, decides to put a twist on her crimes by telling her victims in advance but the more she tells the harder and more complex her hobby becomes, all in hope that her acts will shift political views and hopefully put an end to the twisted world she lives in.
