Nero has lost his direction in life and wanders aimlessly through the Wastelands. One day he meets Karim, a lonely drifter. Nero is from a primitive culture and Karim's modern “sorcery” confuses him, but at the same time he's curious. Karim wants to help Nero and after taming him (a little), he decides to bring him home to his city. Meanwhile, a new project is set in motion in the city. A project to get rid of all Rebels - people with mysterious powers, said to descend from the Wastelands...
