Kagu Tomita is 16 years old and is in his last year of high school. Despite leading a normal life, he tends to find abnormalities occurring more and more as the days pass. Until one day, a monster roaming about the streets mindlessly, targets him on an afternoon. But he is then saved by Souson, a recruit of the Ladindra Association. As Kagu considers joining the association, his hunger for knowledge, training, and eliminating the monsters only increases.
