Twice a year Pax rents a cabin on the edge of Fairy country. At that cabin he meets up with his lover Rowan a Fae healer who saved his life two years ago. This time Pax’s fall visit is different, because Rowan will turn 25 and enter his Quarter Spring. Which means he can leave Fairy country and live in human territory to make the decision of which world he wants to belong to. Rowan expected human society to be different, but he didn’t expect to encounter literal ghosts and evil spirts.
