Created by Golden Age pioneer Tarpé Mills (Miss Fury), originally published in 1940 Reg'lar Fellers Heroic Comics #1–12 by Eastern Color Printing. This wild, genre-bending 1940 pulp classic is reformatted for vertical scroll.
