The characters include: Chirpy ( a concieted, potty- mouthed parrot) Woofy ( an easy going, dim witted schnauzer) Bingo ( a mouse that is often angered by Chirpy's stupidity) Misty ( a sweet elephant whose heart is as big as her trunk)
