In a parallel universe where people possess animal traits that grant them abilities, some individuals develop extraordinary powers known as Hyper Abilities. Haru Nekosawa, who lost his mother due to an anomaly between multiverses, called the "Void," decides as a teenager to join forces with others who have Hyper Abilities like him and create an association to control the Void.
