Miyoko Yoshinaga is a 20 year old Japanese woman. Who was sucked into a mirror portal during a deadly earthquake in Kyoto Japan. Due to the Tanuki effect a portal was opened linking the two universes together temporarily. Now she has to adapt to her new life.
