Not every people own Potentia, - an ability or power, - and the majority who owns it, uses It inappropriately and ends up commiting crimes. Aiko, a young woman who owns potentia, relinquishes from her normal life to put herself at disposal to assist the citizens, becoming the lonely heroine of the city. In another place, an aspiring heroine dreams about meeting Aiko and wants to assist fighting against the criminals as well.
