In the peaceful city of Norwich, England, the superhero Portal emerges after being hit by a meteor. Portal, aka Matt Phillips, is gifted with the power to create teleporting portals and energy blasts. His good deeds inspire heroes and villains alike. However he cannot just be a hero, he has to also triumph over his university studies and his mental health issues.
