A mischievous cat named Whiskers discovers a hidden portal in the attic that leads to a world where cats rule and humans are their pets. Each comic strip can follow Whiskers as he navigates this upside-down world, encountering various adventures and funny situations. He meets other feline characters with unique personalities, and together they solve mysteries, play pranks, and even try to find a way to communicate with the human pets to understand their strange behaviors.
