Carefree high schooler Franz Alarie is actually burdened by a secret grudge: he is the last living relative of the previous royal dynasty, which was destroyed by the current corrupt one. No one believes him until skilled manipulator Esker persuades brute Hagen and straight-laced class president Wicke to join his hopeless conspiracy against the King. Each of them dreams of their own unrealistic Utopia but then a chance to make it reality comes along...and it's not what Alarie expected at all.
