Plasma and Giga Boy, hero’s new to modern society, both experimented for years by the government, escape the experimental grounds. However, during this time they developed a strong hatred for the government, and seek the idea of revenge on them for what they did to them. Though they want this sweet vengeance, they also want to do good for the world, and have that positive mindset and embodiment of a hero.
