A panacea called "Plant", developed based on the regenerative power of plants. Plant sparked a global boom as it overcame all diseases. The main character, David, also experiences a turning point in his life thanks to Plant. However, a fatal side effect soon emerges, plunging the world into chaos. In the end, the world falls into the hands of man-eating monsters, and David and his dog Max begin turning into monsters themselves in order to survive.
