A landmass emerges from the Atlantic ocean bringing forth a deadly virus. The virus wipes out humanity turning them into mindless zombie-like creatures called fiends. With the virus and the addition of the fiends, the rest of humanity fleed to the landmass for reason unknown is the safest place on the planet. Few individuals evolve and adapt to the virus giving them supernatural abilities. Will these people be able to save humanity or will this be the end of the world?
