Lucas, a 20 year-old college student finds himself moving to Henderson, West Virginia for cheap accommodation. But this small country town is not all as it seems, and soon he finds himself embroiled with cyptids, ghouls, monsters, and Greco-Roman space elves. Soon Lucas is bestowed an ancient elemental power set, and taken under the wing of the legendary mercenary group, the Phoenix Company. Will he survive, or get turned into a thin red paste under the heel of ancient horrors?
