As race relations in the US reach a boiling point, Charlotte is on the verge of Chaos as the black community feels that the police are an occupying force against them. The story follows, Danny Grandier. After, being murdered by a racist cop as he leaves a party, he acquires ghost powers and goes on a one man crusade to protect the citizens of Charlotte from the cops.
