Peter Hug is a social worker in a world where poverty has been eradicated through the universal basic income. His job is to make sure unstable citizens ― usually referred to as wasters ― don't fall in-to social exclusion, debt, homelessness, hunger and crime. Throughout the several short episodes of the story, Peter will meet characters of all sorts., in a setting of flying cars, garden cities, space travel and aliens ― most of them born on Earth ― as part of society and the economy.
