In a not too distant future, the city "Nimeerstaat" is ruled by state-controlled youth gangs. Anyone who does not belong to any gang is branded as a social outsider. The quiet and mysterious Julian is such an outsider, as is the pretty Anna. One day, when Julian saves Anna from getting a dressing-down by some thugs, things are spiraling out of control ... Updates every Monday!
