In the world of pausers, every person is born with a limiter inside them. The job of this limiter is to hold back their special powers. However in extreme cases, people are able to pause this limiter and access the abilities hidden in them. The main characters are special agents, Jaylan Danery, and his partner Elian Rivers. Their job is to catch rogue pausers who use their powers for destruction, and keep up the fragile peace.
