Yasushi Nana awakes from a long dream. She's been in a car accident and was comatose for the last 1 1/2 years. While struggling to work out what's been going on, she meets Chiaki, who turns out to be a friend for life. Having understood each other without words for 3 years, for the first time they find themselves unsure of the part they play in each other's life. While trying to find out who they are, they wonder: Does discovering new things about a person always lead to knowing them better
