In a world where the government finds Antags and disposes of them before they can hurt others, Chris is an agent for the Antagonist Protagonist Establishment, an organization focused on ridding the world of Antags. He has been assigned to get rid of Antags, but they keep getting more harmless looking. Finally, when he gets assigned to kill Pan, a harmless looking teenage boy, he refuses to do it. Together, the duo must do some digging to find out the world is not as black and white as it seems.
