Set in the Autumn of 1916, Otto Odinkirk is a WW1 German soldier who lied about his age in order to join the army and impress his eldest brother, the feared Oberst (Colonel) Vincent Odinkirk. Meanwhile, a British Sergeant named Edwin Vipond is struggling with his loyalty and sanity after the death of his younger brother. An ancient spell entwines Edwin and Otto's destinies, every step they take brings them closer together.
