A war. A void. A secret. A apocalypse. A monster. Hunter is a monster, lowest of the lowest species. He is killed during the End War, a war between humans and gods. But Hunter lived, through the blessing of a dying time god, he woke up as a human soldier 200 years ago, in the midst of the first clash.
