Humans resources started to dwindle from the lack of care of the environment. In their time of need, radically different civilizations come in to aid them but asked for only one thing in return. 100 humans every 10 years. It didn't matter what race these children were, just that they were healthy and came in pairs. And so the humans agreed and new cross breeds were made.
