In our first year after moving to Japan we spent a lot of time hanging out in a mall in the neighboring town. One of my fave 'free' entertainment stops was the pet shop. But then one time they had this single lonely merkat and yeah... Didn't like going there anymore. Poor lil guy, hope they ok wherever they ended up. Thanks for reading
