The Feculate is a secret organisation, hiding a secret continent Lubia from the Human eye. Lubia consists of 8 nations, each nation and its ruler controlling an element. The Feculate consist of strong and/or powerful elemental wielders, scattered around the world, it seems impossible for someone who isn’t born in Lubia to be a powerful elemental wielder… until an Agent from the Feculate finds Clove, a college student who’s gaining his elemental powers, even though he isn’t from Lubia.
